 West Lake Spring

Although you may be in Hangzhou and find the West Lake Spring, as the name implies, it is a restaurant that located by the side of the scenic lake, and it just sees the China Academy of Art in the opposite. This information is true, however, it does not really serve Hangzhou cuisine, but Cantonese instead. The Cantonese Pu'er Tea and everybody's favorite Dim Sum are the highly recommended stuff here. The most Hangzhouers' love the sweet Crispy Durian Cakes might be your must try snack dish which is served very hot indeed. There will be an entire shrimp in every piece of the little shrimp dumplings dish. The shrimps are quite soft with so juicy feel to your taste. The fruit taste is full-bodied to the mango pudding.

The main dish to be recommended here is the spicy fish head with dense taste of mouth-watering sauce, which might be best served with a hot bowl of rice. The fish dish is being warmed with a small stove below when served.

Address: Opposite to the China Academy of Art; 101-17 Nanshan Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, China.
