Sponsored by Hangzhou West Lake International Golf and Country Club Co., Ltd, the club is the first 36-hole golf club in international Standard in Zhejiang Province. Covering an area of 260 square meters, an estimated total investment of 500,000, 000 RMB has been imputing into this project.
Now the first project is completed and an 18-hole course with its facilities has been open to public.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Hangzhou West Lake International Golf and Country Club is famous for its natural scenery and wonderful picture composition. No wonder the designer he himself also marveled: “West Lake Golf Club at Hangzhou will present the golfer with two very distinct 9-hole experiences, both very enjoyable to the variety of golfers who will play there. 9 holes offer golfers of all handicap levels a very playable golf course with a variety of shot options on each hole-a different experience from that of the other 9 holes, which features a significant elevation changes, dramatic views and a challenging layout for the more experienced golfers.”
