Stretching as long as 3938 meters and wide as 22 meters and going across Xiacheng District and Xihu District, Tiyuchang Road is one of the most important main roads of Hangzhou City.

On the north side and middle section of Tiyuchang Road, Wulin Square lies there. Covering an area of 60,000 square meters, it was named Hong Tai Yang (Red Sun) Square in 1969. It was used to be the center of the old city. Now with various kinds of shopping centers like Intime Shopping Center, Hangzhou Tower all around, the square has become one of the landmarks of Hangzhou City.
