No.10 tea in China, jasmine tea. The two materials are dry jasmine flower and green tea leaves, like Longjing or Bi Luo Chun. Suzhou had been planting jasmines since Song Dynasty (960-1279), and used the flowers to make tea. Because of its highest quality and fame, Suzhou jasmine tea became popular in China.
