It is a budget restaurant chain in Hangzhou that serves beef steaks and Western meals with budget prices, quite welcomed by local people who would like to have different cuisine experience but not have to spend so much.

The black pepper beef steak with macaroni and vegetables is best served medium rare or medium, having a bottle of Gold Siwo (West Lake) Beer (about 6 Yuan each) may be an excellent taste combination. The appetizer wine provided free with the steak set is so-so in quality and the bread may be too sweet for a meal, but the cream soup is fairly acceptable. The sweet black tea, which is also of Taiwanese style, is served chilled and can be filled unlimited by yourself in the salad bar, where you can have a lot of fruits and vegetables with salad dressings to be chosen. 

The Taiwanese style beef steak is usually eaten well done, according to local standard, but it looks good with fresh, mouth-watering fragrance. Chicken with lemon juice is welcomed too for its soft touch.

Of course there are several kinds of Chinese set meal, fried rice and noodles, which are served, perhaps, better than those in some small restaurants in the city.
