Located in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, Hangzhou Yanglingzi School is such a school that provides a stadium for them. It is the lab base of special education of the Central Education & Scientific Institute and the foreign affairs image school in Hangzhou. The school tries to supply a non-restrictive education environment and fair development opportunities to retarded children so that each retarded child can develop the potential skill. The school has set up its first professional department for retarded students, which fills the gap in retarded education of this country.
