 Congbaohui 
Congbaohui is a kind of pancake rolled with Yau Char Kwai and shallot, eating with a type of sweet sauce. It is a characteristic and common breakfast in Hangzhou, only here you can find it, because this food reflects Hangzhou people’s hate of Qin Hui and love of Yue Fei in history.
In South Song dynasty (1127-1279), General Yue Fei (1103-1142) was honored as a national hero because of his bravery to fight with south invaders. Qin Hui (1090-1155) was the prime minister, he was treacherous. To obey the invaders he colluded with, Qin Hui arrested Yue Fei with a non-existing reason, and then killed him. Hangzhou was then the capital of South Song dynasty; people started hating Qin Hui so much that they made a food, named it as Fried Qin Hui. Gradually this food turned into Congbaohui as we see it now.
